Author Guide

Welcome to the Author Guide.

This guide explains the complete paper submission process, from finding a conference to submitting the final camera-ready version of your paper.

Step 1: Create an Account

Before submitting a paper, you must create an account on the platform.

After registration, you can immediately sign in and access author features.

Step 2: Find a Conference

You may access a conference by:

  • Browsing available conferences on the platform.
  • Using a conference link provided by the organizer.
  • Searching for a conference by title or acronym.

Before submitting your paper, carefully review the conference information, important dates, and submission requirements.

Step 3: Submit Your Paper

Open the conference page and select Submit Paper.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Paper Title
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Authors
  • Track or Topic (if applicable)
  • Manuscript File

Required fields may vary depending on conference settings.

Step 4: Prepare an Anonymous Manuscript

If the conference uses a Double-Blind Review process, your manuscript must not contain identifying information.

Remove:

  • Author names
  • Affiliations
  • Email addresses
  • ORCID IDs
  • Acknowledgements
  • Funding information
  • Any other information that could identify the authors

Failure to provide an anonymous manuscript may delay the review process.

Step 5: Track Submission Status

After submission, you can monitor the status of your paper from your Author Dashboard.

Common submission statuses include:

  • Submitted
  • Under Review
  • Minor Revision Required
  • Major Revision Required
  • Accepted
  • Rejected
  • Camera Ready Required
  • Completed

Step 6: Respond to Revision Requests

If reviewers request revisions, you will receive a notification and may be asked to upload a revised manuscript.

Please:

  • Carefully review reviewer comments.
  • Address all requested changes.
  • Upload the revised version before the deadline.

For conferences using Double-Blind Review, revised manuscripts should remain anonymous unless otherwise instructed by the organizer.

Step 7: Submit Revised Manuscripts

When a revision is requested:

  • Open your submission.
  • Review reviewer comments.
  • Upload the revised manuscript.
  • Submit the revision.

Previous submission versions may remain available for review history and auditing purposes.

Step 8: Review Final Decision

After the review process is complete, the organizer will issue a final decision.

Possible decisions include:

  • Accepted
  • Your paper has been accepted for the conference.
  • Minor Revision Required
  • Small revisions are required before acceptance can be finalized.
  • Major Revision Required
  • Substantial revisions are required and may undergo additional review.
  • Rejected
  • Your paper has not been accepted for the conference.

The final decision is made by the conference organizer or program committee.

Step 9: Submit Camera-Ready Files

If your paper is accepted, you may be asked to submit a Camera-Ready version.

A Camera-Ready paper is the final publication-ready version and typically includes:

  • Author names
  • Affiliations
  • Acknowledgements
  • Final formatting corrections

Please ensure that all information is accurate before submission.

Step 10: Registration and Payment (Optional)

Some conferences require registration fees.

If payment verification is enabled, you may be asked to:

  • Complete payment using organizer instructions.
  • Upload a payment receipt or proof of payment.
  • Wait for organizer verification.

Payment requirements vary by conference.
