Organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewer assignments
  • Editorial decisions
  • Communication with participants

The Platform does not supervise or validate conference quality, legitimacy, or academic standards.

5. Paper Submission

Authors may submit papers to conferences available on the Platform.

By submitting content, authors represent that:

  • They own or have the right to submit the content.
  • The content does not infringe intellectual property rights.
  • The content does not contain unlawful or malicious material.

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted materials.

6. Peer Review Process

Reviewers are expected to:

  • Conduct reviews fairly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest.

Review recommendations are advisory only.

Final publication and acceptance decisions are made by conference organizers.

The Platform does not participate in editorial decision-making.

7. Intellectual Property

Authors retain ownership of their submitted works.

By uploading content, authors grant the Platform and conference organizers a limited license to:

  • Store submitted materials.
  • Process submissions.
  • Facilitate review workflows.
  • Display information to authorized participants.

The Platform does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

8. Fees and Payments

Some conferences may require registration fees or other payments.

Such payments may be processed outside the Platform.

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • Payment disputes
  • Refund requests
  • Financial transactions between organizers and participants

Any payment-related issues must be resolved directly with the conference organizer.

9. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Distribute spam.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Upload unlawful content.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Misrepresent identities or affiliations.

10. Suspension and Termination

  • Threaten Platform security.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Suspension may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

11. Availability of Service

  • Permanent availability

Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
